Fleming Complete would like to congratulate Muse Apparel on their successful move into their newly renovated Uptown Plaza location in Central Phoenix.
Uptown Plaza experienced a massive renovation, which allowed Fleming Complete to step up to plate for their customer by helping them create a new fresh retail environment.
