Multi-Story Office Remodel/Improvements

Our team worked in Prescott, AZ on this 27,997 sf multi-story office building focusing on cosmetic improvements.

Three (3) floors of the building were remodeled. The focus was on shared/common space and unoccupied suites.

Work was completed during business hours. We met with each tenant to discuss the upcoming work and sought their input to ensure the least amount of disruptions.

Some of our services included painting, replacing flooring, tinting windows for heat and privacy purposes, remodeling restrooms, and installing a second elevator.

In one particular suite, we were able to remove dropped ceilings which exposed concrete showing the amazing workmanship from so many years ago.
