Office Expansion and Improvements

We had an opportunity to work with Metro Commercial Properties at their Burgess & Niple tenant improvement project.

The Burgess & Niple construction involved a 9,644 sf remodel.

Our construction services included:

• demolition
• reconfiguration of the floor plan including constructing new interior partition walls with a level five smooth drywall finish
• furnishing and installing new acoustical ceiling grid, tile and new air devices
• new LED lighting with motion sensor controls
• replacing all flooring using a carpet tiles, LVT, VCT and ceramic tile
• furnishing and installing new cabinetry, shelving, and creating a new seating area in the large conference room
• installing all glass storefront at all interior offices, huddle rooms, and the conference room
