We have a new tenant improvement project that will let our workmanship shine.

The Coleman PowerSports improvement project involved building out 58,494 sf.

As a part of this 16-week project, we built out 2,336 sf of office space, including accessible restrooms and a break area to support the client’s vision for their new location. The balance of the area was allocated for storage and included an evaporative cooling and LED lighting.
