This four-month build-out/tenant improvement project was for a repeat client.
Our property development and management company client held us to high expectations.
We constructed an office area 334 sf, a mercantile showroom 1,349 sf, with the remaining 12,829 sf being storage with an evaporative cooling system, LED lighting, racking system, and a will call area for customer pick-up.
