Office & Warehouse Build-Out

We received a build-out project for our repeat client Metro Commercial Properties. We were entrusted with this construction project for Freedom Forever Inc., a residential and light commercial solar panel supplier.

We built out several offices (4,416 sf), created accessible restrooms and a break area, and the balance of the facility became storage. The storage area included an evaporative cooling system and LED lighting.

The 32,697 build-out project allotted a 16 week construction schedule.
