School Facility Improvements

We’re pleased to provide facility improvement services to Guidepost Montessori throughout the valley area.

We recently completed improvements at their Peoria, AZ location.

Some of the facility improvements were:

• reconfiguring classrooms including removing selected interior walls to create an open floor plan
• constructing new gypsum board soffits for ceiling alignment
• furnishing and installing LVT flooring
• all interior doors, door frames, window frames and interior wall painting
• painting the exterior building
• reconfiguring plumbing for four (4) restrooms to meet new plumbing requirements

Completing construction with student safety in mind was paramount. We also worked off-hours to accommodate school and work schedules.
