School Improvements

Guidepost Montessori has paid us the greatest compliment by being a repeat client for their building improvements and remodel services.

This 16 week remodel project includes the below services:

• Classroom remodeling including: new insulation, chair rail installation, new laminate and cabinetry, new doors, windows and hardware, new acoustical ceiling grid and tiles, new flooring, new paint, new roller shades
• A new reception area at children and adult heights
• Bathroom upgrades with new toilets, sinks, all plumbing fixtures and accessories
• Kitchen upgrades
• Playground reconfiguration including a new Tike Track sidewalk
• Replace sod  and irrigation system for playground area upgrade
• New fencing
• New HVAC equipment installation
• Switch fluorescent lighting to LED lighting
