Hajoca Plumbing Tenant Improvement

New tenant Hajoca Plumbing, a provider for plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies, relied on us to construct their new office and warehousing location at EVCC managed by Metro Commercial Properties.

This 66 day construction project involved coordinating 18 different subcontractors. The end goal was to create a 993 sf office area, 948 sf showroom area, with the balance being storage with a racking system. A will call area was also created for customer pick-up.
