C7 Works Build-Out
This build-out project developed a new office, factory and warehousing space for C7 Works products.
4,100 sf was transformed into offices, restrooms, and a break area. While 6,896 sf is dedicated to factory and production. The remaining area is storage and will include an evaporative cooling system and LED lighting. A high piled racking system will also be installed in the warehouse.
We coordinated 23 different trades to create this new space for C7 Works at this Metro Commercial Properties EVCC Property
