Penske Truck Leasing New Facility
This project consisted of a 15 acre site.
The site was converted to a 10 acre parking lot for semi and box truck storage, which included a 30,000 square foot operations facility.
The state of the art facility houses a leasing counter, rental counter, repair shop with parts storage, tire shop, body shop and truck wash. The facility also allows for driver training to place on site, as well as the ability to dispatch.
The parking lot contains over 200 spaced for in-coming and out-going trucks, as well as a fuel island that included DEF pumps.
Along with retention storm water storage, there were 11 drywell systems included for additional support.
With 4 primary access points to enter the Phoenix Metro area, this facility has a lot of ability to support the area.
