Fleming Complete was selected as the general contractor for this Metro Commercial Properties spec suite renovation.

You’ve heard of “have room, will rent.” Well, Metro Commercial Properties created “have office, will lease.”

We created their vision of an open bright work area. Our services included improving this 3,298 sf spec suite by creating an open floor plan while incorporating  private offices/break-out rooms with glass walls. We also created an open break area, established a reception area, and installed cubicle work stations.
