Vircon’s existing office space in Tempe AZ was in need of a refresh.
During this remodel our team focused on ensuring other tenants in this multi-tenant multi-floor building were not interrupted during business hours.
Work included demolition of specified areas and flooring, dividing an existing office into two offices and installing new doors and hardware to match the existing. We also made modifications to the acoustical ceiling, painted the entire suite, and modified the mechanical and electrical devices to support the new office layout.
