General contractors will tell you that safety is important at construction sites. At Fleming Complete, we say this and live it.

We recently renewed all our employee’s First Aid, CPR and AED certifications. Every associate is required to hold and maintain a current certificate while working for Fleming Complete.

In addition, we completed a random mock safety inspection at one of our currently running construction sites. These inspections are completed by our insurance company based on our quarterly request. This isn’t a requirement from our insurance company, rather it’s something Fleming Complete seeks to ensure safety and OSHA compliance is met at each of our construction sites.

Each training/inspection is viewed as an opportunity for growth. By being safe we’re able to control costs for your projects. Does your current general contractor follow these same safety guidelines?
